With a focus on comprehensive care, our clinics are equipped to address a wide range of urgent health concerns. We are currently expanding our team and seeking board-certified medical professionals who are committed to excellence in patient care.
As a Medical Provider at CityDoc Urgent Care, you will be an essential part of our healthcare team, delivering high-quality medical services in an urgent care setting. We are looking for MDs, DOs, or Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with prior experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Room settings, who are adept at managing a variety of acute health issues and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Proficiency: Conduct in-office procedures such as incision and drainage (I+D) and laceration repair using sutures or staples.
- Acute Care Management: Address acute care chief complaints including but not limited to upper airway diseases, minor injuries, basic gynecological concerns, and common pediatric infections.
- Diagnostic Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting radiographs and EKGs.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification: Must be board-certified in a relevant medical field.
- Licensing: Hold an unrestricted DEA license and be licensed to practice medicine in Texas by the Texas Medical Board.
- Certifications: Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Room setting is required.
- Skills: Ability to maintain high standards in customer service, clinical, and technical skills.
