How to Use City Doc Telemedicine in Dallas
Just follow a few easy steps, and you’ll be connected with our medical staff who can provide advice over your device. First, make sure your condition or symptoms are found in the list of appropriate reasons to connect online with City Doc. Click the red ‘Request Video Visit Appointment’ button on the Video Visit web page and enter the information requested.
We’ll send you an email, and text message with a link inside that will allow you to establish a connection through an account on the City Doc portal. For mobile devices, use the text message link to download the free app. For other devices, follow the email link. You’ll need a working camera to proceed with the video visit.

Just log in to the portal 10 minutes before your appointment and stay in the virtual lobby while the medical provider prepares for your visit. Your consultation with a City Doc professional is private, confidential, and much more comfortable than what you would experience in an ER or urgent care facility.
