When veterans visit CityDoc, CityDoc will not collect any copays directly; instead, the VA will handle all billing. For most veterans, copays for urgent care visits through CityDoc are structured as follows:
- $0 copay for the first three visits each calendar year*
- $30 copay for each visit beyond the first 3 in a calendar year**
- $0 copay for flu shots
Some exceptions may apply based on the veteran’s priority group.
*The VA will send a bill directly to the veteran for any applicable copays.
