CityDoc Urgent Care is in-network for DFW ConnectedCare for American Airlines employees!
CityDoc is in-network with Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance (BSWQA) and accepts the new DFW ConnectedCare insurance plan for American Airlines employees that went into effect on January 1, 2020. The four CityDoc Urgent Care locations are happy to serve as BSW Preferred Network providers and no prior referral or authorization is needed to receive medical care at CityDoc.
They will collect the urgent care copay the plan offers and file your claim to the claims administrator, Web TPA. It is important for AA employees to know that NO benefits are offered if care is provided from an out-of-network provider. Come to CityDoc for in-network convenient family care.
CityDoc provides comprehensive urgent care for the entire family and we’re open 7 days a week with extended evening and weekend hours. Walk-ins are welcome or reserve a time by going to our website to check-in online. Our hours are Mon-Sat 8am-8pm and Sunday 10am-5pm (Uptown 9am-6pm). We’ll get you in and out quickly.
