Goodbye to Long Lines for Coronavirus Testing at CityDoc

Beginning Tuesday, November 17, 2020 patients will be required to go to our website, www.citydoc.net, and sign up for a time to come in for their evaluation and testing. After choosing a time, the patient can complete most registration paperwork online and wait in the comfort of their home until their reservation time. Upon arrival at the clinic at the time of their reservation, patients will complete any remaining paperwork and they will be seen within an hour of their arrival. Even with a mask in place, it was becoming difficult for patients to socially distance themselves while standing in long lines. In addition, patients sometimes stood in line only to find out that testing had been maximized for the day and they would have to return the next day in hopes of being evaluated and tested.

In addition, CityDoc has bolstered our staffing and extended Sunday hours to 9 am- 6 pm at our Uptown location and has eliminated the option to walk in for Coronavirus testing. All patients needing Coronavirus testing must make a reservation online.

Patients may still walk-in for routine Urgent Care needs including but not limited to acute injury, allergic reactions, urinary tract infections, STD testing, and much more. In addition, our Video visit option is available for appropriate conditions. Do not sign up for a video visit if you have Coronavirus concerns.
