Most travel and international health insurance plans require you to contact them before your visit. Many plans direct members to specific approved facilities, and calling ahead helps make sure your visit is billed correctly.
The number to call is usually on your insurance card or in your travel documents.

If your international insurance isn’t one we bill directly, you can pay at the time of your visit and file for reimbursement afterward. Self-pay evaluations start at $135, with clear, upfront pricing and no hidden fees.
After your visit, we’ll provide the documentation most travel insurance companies require for reimbursement:
