At all of our CityDoc Urgent Care clinics, we offer self-pay medical evaluations for $135. The $135 self-pay visit includes a comprehensive evaluation for illnesses and injuries. Any necessary diagnostic tests, imaging, injections, or procedures are billed separately. This affordable urgent care option ensures access to quality healthcare at a clear and reasonable rate.
Are there payment plans or discounts for self-pay patients?

Yes. During online check-in, self-pay patients can securely enter their payment information to hold a card on file for the visit. You won’t be charged right away; CityDoc will authorize your card to cover the $135 medical evaluation and any additional fees related to your care. Are diagnostic tests included in self-pay pricing?
