Medical Provider

CityDoc Urgent Care is seeking board-certified MD, DO, or APP with prior 1-2 years of experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Room setting to work in our Dallas-Fort Worth, TX clinics.


  • Needs to be proficient in-office procedures such as I+D and laceration repair with sutures or staple
  • Needs to be proficient in acute care type chief complaints such as management of illness due to upper airway diseases, minor injuries, general/basic gynecological concerns, common pediatric viral or bacterial infections, amongst many other such illnesses/concerns
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting radiographs
  • Proficient in interpreting EKGs.


  • Board Certification
  • An unrestricted DEA license
  • Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
  • Current ALCS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • Ability to maintain current customer service, clinical, and technical skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

MAs or LVNs

MAs or LVNs: Experienced MAs or LVNs for full-time positions at Urgent Care Centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth areas. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, opportunity for advanced skill sets. Must be available evenings and weekends. We are dedicated to our clients and its team members. Qualified candidate will have at least 2 years clinical experience including the following:

  • X-ray experience HIGHLY PREFERRED but not required
  • IV starts
  • Phlebotomy
  • IM Injections

Allscripts PM

CityDoc Urgent Care is seeking an Allscripts PM-CHARGE ENTRY & PAYMENT POSTING SPECIALIST. Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of daily patient charges, bill processing, and payment posting of urgent care visits from 4 CityDoc locations. This position is a hybrid contract.


  • Enter daily clinic charges are entered into PM system daily for four urgent care centers
  • Balance and close batches to electronically bill patient visits using Allscripts PM software
  • Post insurance and patient payments to the appropriate patient account in an accurate and timely manner
  • Identify initial errors and denial trends from billing and work with Admin team, front desk to reduce
  • Establish and maintain a professional and courteous attitude with Team Members and Providers and patients at all times
  • Perform other tasks that may be requested to manage revenue cycle processes


  • Communication Skills – Effectively and respectably communicate with other individuals, whether it be a colleague, patient, or patient’s family member.
  • Data Entry – Ability to work at a fast pace , yet maintain accuracy when performing data entry.
  • Decision Making – Ability to make the most appropriate decision in a given situation and then taking the next steps to ensure appropriate and timely completion.
  • Time Management – The ability to prioritize your workday appropriately to ensure the most important tasks are completed on time. Prompt and on-time to appointments and in performing assignments.
  • Interpersonal Skills – Showing the ability to meet difficult situations with professionalism and understanding while showing respect and empathy where appropriate.

  • PayerPath experience a plus
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications required.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

  • Hybrid work – in-clinic time 30% and remote work 70%

$17-$19 an hour
