CityDoc has been allotted doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. They are available 7 days a week at all 4 CityDoc locations. We encourage you to book a Reservation online at CityDoc.net.

Second Dose Notice
You can receive a 2nd dose here if your 1st dose was a Moderna vaccine and you have proof of administration, like a shot card. Please check back with us to see if we have received another vaccine brand.
THERE IS NO COST TO RECEIVE THE VACCINE
If you have insurance or Medicare, we will submit a claim to them to record your vaccine.
