Description:

We are currently looking for experienced Medical Assistants (MAs) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team in full-time positions across our Urgent Care Centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth areas. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through paid training and hands-on experience with advanced medical procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Skills: Perform a range of clinical tasks including IV starts, phlebotomy, IM injections, and processing Quest/LabCorp specimens..
  • Orthoglass Splinting: Apply and adjust splints as required, providing patients with support and stabilization.
  • Electronic Health Records (EHR): Efficiently manage patient information and documentation using electronic health record systems.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to patients, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment.
  • X-ray Experience: Highly preferred but not required. Candidates with radiology experience will have the opportunity to utilize and expand their skills in this area

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: Current MA or LVN certification/license as required by state law.
  • Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in IV starts, phlebotomy, and IM injections.
    • Experience with orthoglass splinting and processing laboratory specimens (Quest/LabCorp).
    • Knowledge of EHR systems.
    • Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
    • Ability to adhere to policies and procedures in a healthcare environment.
  • Radiology Experience: Highly preferred. Candidates with experience in X-ray will be given preference.
