Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Description:

CityDoc Urgent Care is seeking dedicated Medical Assistants (MA), and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), to join our team at our Dallas/Fort Worth locations. If you have at least 1 year of experience in an urgent care or primary care setting and are looking for a full-time opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Triage patients and provide appropriate care
• Electronic Health Records (EHR): Efficiently manage patient information and documentation using electronic health record systems.
• Administer injections
• Assist with wound care and ortho glass
• Conduct in-house lab processing
• Perform IV starts and medication administration
• Conduct COVID-19 testing
• Provide excellent customer service and effective communication

X-ray experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (Urgent Care or Primary Care)
• IV certification experience preferred
• BLS Certification required
